The second Arse of the week goes to the driver of this people carrier who was too lazy to park in the carpark 40m away from the shop. The police man was not impressed so started writing him a ticket, the driver runs out of the shop, yaps something, Policeman calmly points at the 'No Parking' sign, points at the empty car park 40m away, and continues writing. Full marks Mr. Policeman.
