Arse of the week 12

This guy crashed into the side of my hire car on a roundabout. He didn't stop at the give way sign because 'The sun was in his eyes' fortunately there wasn't much damage and it's a hire car.

Due to the archaic system for reporting accidents in the UAE I had to stop the car at the scene of the accident and call 999. It took a good 5 minutes before they answered the phone then a further 15 minutes to find someone who could speak English. I offered to drive to the nearby Police station to file a report but was told to wait where I was.... 9 more phone calls and 3 hours 7 minutes later the Police turned up, glad it wasn't serious.
