The photo's from Emirates Today highlighting the dangerous tasks some maids are asked to do. "Get out on that ledge and clean the windows woman."I cant even get my maid to iron half the time, think I'll take a crash course in 'How to treat your maid right' maybe then she'll do some work.

You need to draw up a duty rooster for your maid...
Or are you a so lenient employer?Looks like it, huh?
Shes not the best maid in the world but at least my dog likes her and she doesn't steal anything. I really don't fancy cleaning my house and ironing when I can pay someone else to do it :-)
A duty roster sounds like a good plan, but will she follow it?
